How it works

  1. Create your account

No passwords by email: sign in with a passkey, or with a password and a verification code.

  2. Upload or issue

Import your Airbnb export or add stays by hand. To invoice, set up the issuer and its series.

  3. Review and download

We flag overlaps and missing data. You download the report file, or the invoice PDF with its QR code.

Who e-papelito is for

Owners

One property or several, even if you live outside Spain. The app is available in Spanish, English and Hungarian.

Property managers

Several owners with one sign-in, each in a separate account of their own, with roles for your team and your accountant.

Small businesses and online shops

Just Verifactu invoicing, on the web or built into your shop or PMS through the API.

Dates worth keeping in mind

Every February
NRUA information return with the previous year's stays (Orden VAU/1560/2025).
1 January 2027
Verifactu for corporate income tax payers (date in force under Real Decreto-ley 15/2025).
1 July 2027
Verifactu for everyone else, including the self-employed (date in force).

In October 2026 the Spanish Treasury announced a postponement of Verifactu to October 2028, but it has not yet been published in the BOE (official gazette). We will update this page once it is.
